Design the Project workflow and meet your Customer’s specific requirements by adding, deleting, and rearranging interactions, apps and content of the pages.

Designing the workflow determines what the end user sees, the types of information the end-user is required to provide, and how end-user data is processed by the connected systems.

There is several tools to be used within Flow Editor:

Resize the flowchart display

On the top, click the Increase, Decrease, and Fit to Page icons to adjust viewport. Or you can use mouse wheel or trackpad zoom as well.

Switch horizontal and vertical flow

Last icon on the top bar allows you to work in horizontal (default) or vertical layout. You can switch it anytime you want.

Remove a component in the workflow

Click the component box in the flowchart, and then click the Delete icon.

Rearrange the components in the workflow

Click and drag the component box to a different location in the flow. When you drag a component box, the connected lines move along with the box.

  • To remove a connection, click the connector line, and then click the Delete icon.
  • To add a connection, click and hold on the round endpoint of a box, and drag your cursor to the endpoint of the component box to which you want to connect to.
  • The connector Line then represents the route which will be followed after your changes will be saved.

Add Components to the workflow

On the left side menu select section of component you like to add:

  • Apps
contains connectors which are interacting with internal services or third party services.
  • Data
contains interactions which deal with gathered Data from the flow.
  • Interaction
contains various customised or blank default pages to be used in the flow.
  • Control
contains special interactions which handle waiting/processing pages or controlling loops.

Click on a component to add it to the flowchart or drag&drop it.

Edit interactions in the workflow

Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the component in the flowchart to open the page details window.
Through the page details window you can do the following:

  • Edit title
  • Edit text
  • Edit the step name for progress bar.
  • Add/remove/edit fields
  • Show, hide and edit Terms and Conditions.
