Creating your first project

Welcome to Zenoo, where you can effortlessly create projects to manage your customer onboarding experiences

A project in Zenoo serves as a dedicated space where you can organize all the details related to onboarding users for a specific product, company, or region. Whether you're launching a new service or expanding your reach, creating your first project is the initial step toward providing a seamless onboarding experience.

How to Create Your First Project in Zenoo:

Access the Projects Tab

Once you're logged in, navigate to the "Projects" tab in Zenoo Studio. This is where you can manage all your projects. Click on the "Add" icon within the "Projects" tab. This action will initiate the project creation process.

Enter Project Details

In the project creation window, provide a unique name for your project. This name should help you identify the project easily.

Choose the region where you intend to deploy this project. Zenoo supports multi-region deployment, making it flexible for your global needs.

Select Template

Templates in Zenoo come preconfigured with various strategies designed to streamline the onboarding process.

Choose a template that aligns with your onboarding goals. Zenoo offers templates such as Basic KYC, Advanced KYC, and more, each with its own set of frontend screens, workflows, and backend integrations.

Preview your Template

Before finalizing your choice, you can preview the selected template. Use the navigation arrows to explore the template's pages and ensure they meet your onboarding requirements.

Once you're satisfied with the template, click "Continue." Zenoo will now begin creating your project based on your chosen template.

Your Project Is Ready

Congratulations! Your first Zenoo project has been successfully created and is now ready for customization and configuration.
