January 2026 Release Notes
Google Cloud Platform support reached production readiness, and the Compliance Hub launched AML Case Management 2.0.

Platform

  • Google Cloud Platform provider: Shipped a complete GCP cloud provider implementation with Pub/Sub messaging, Cloud Storage, and Secret Manager integration, alongside comprehensive contract tests
  • Redis cache reliability: Fixed an infinite retry loop and timeout issues in the Redis file cache that could cause verification flows to hang under high load
  • AWS SDK version management: Refactored AWS SDK dependency management and restored the missing MSK IAM authentication dependency, improving build reliability

Studio

  • US region re-enabled: Restored the production US region for Studio deployments, expanding geographic availability
  • Library-scoped user invitations: Users can now be invited with access restricted to specific target libraries, enabling finer-grained access control for multi-team organizations
  • Config override array handling: Fixed an issue where configuration overrides incorrectly appended items to arrays instead of replacing them, which caused unexpected behavior in nested configurations
  • Upgrade template notification spacing: Increased the margin on the upgrade template notification to prevent it from overlapping other UI elements

Client SDK

  • Page direction in YAML context: Exposed the page direction (LTR/RTL) in the YAML context, enabling verification flows to properly adapt their layout for right-to-left languages

Compliance Hub

  • AML Case Management 2.0: Launched the next-generation AML case management system with a Google Apps-inspired design, featuring an issue-first UX, collaborative review, and progressive disclosure of compliance complexity
  • Verification requirement cloning: Requirements can now be cloned with their associated documents, and new documents can be added during the clone operation, streamlining repetitive setup tasks
  • Custom verification creation: Simplified the process for creating custom verification documents, with a dedicated description field and improved routing after save
  • Other document type visual update: Modified the visual component for “Other” document types to display document names in headers instead of generic “Other” text
  • Verification requirement error handling: Improved error handling during verification requirement modification to display user-friendly messages instead of technical errors
